Return of goods - withdrawal from the contract

Does the purchased goods not suit you? That is alright, you can return the goods to us within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will refund your money. Send the goods back to us in undamaged original packaging, carefully pack them and include the completed Withdrawal form in the package (you can find its sample HERE).

We will send the money for the goods to your bank account as soon as possible. No later than within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract, but not before the returned goods are delivered back to our address. Costs for the return are in this case paid by the buyer.

Complaint

We strive to produce quality products for you. If there is something wrong with the purchased items, we will arrange a quick repair, its replacement or we will refund your money.

Send a request for a complaint and return of goods, including completed protocol, to the e-mail info@notique.eu. To expedite the complaint, please attach a photo of the goods and a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice). Our complaints department will then inform you about the next steps.
